This building is the result of an adaptation while maintaining the original form of an Indische building which is a heritage building from one of the Dutch officials who served at the Vredeburg fort, this building is a solution for the transfer of settlements for Dutch officials who served at the Vredeburg fort which was full/unfit, the resettlement was carried out by a dutch official.
