The Cultural Heritage Building on Jalan Patimura Number 15A was originally part of a European/Dutch settlement in Kotabaru with the concept of Garden City, the architectural style applied is a cultural acculturation blend of colonial and traditional architecture located in the Kotabaru Cultural Heritage Area which was originally named Nieuwe Wijk is a residential area that was developed starting in 1917 by a Dutch architect and was intended primarily for European private communities in Yogyakarta. Developed after Lempuyangan, Tugu, Loji, Ngabean, Kidul Benteng, Gondomanan, North Kraton, Bintaran, Pakualaman and Jetis, the Kotabaru area is the largest and most well-planned European settlement environment with complete facilities and infrastructure. has a boundary in the form of a path (path), namely Jl. Sudirman, Jl. Wahidin, the railroad tracks and the Code River and the center in the form of a node, namely the open space of the Kridosono Stadium with radial lines connecting it to the rest of the area as well as boulevards that run north - south.

Cultural Heritage Building on St. Patimura Number 15A Kotabaru Village, Kemantren Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta City is a residential building owned by the Andrio Sehendro family. The building is based on a 1925 map of the city of Yogyakarta, it is known that this building has been established since 1925 which was originally a settlement for Dutch people in Yogyakarta, this cultural heritage building uses an Indische architectural style.

The main building as a Cultural Heritage has a combined gable roof with a slope of about 35-40 degrees; roof covering using glaze ceramic tile material;; building planks using wood; doors using wood frames and wood panels; windows using wood frames and glass panels; as well as ventilation using upper windows (boven/bovenlicht) with wooden frames and stained glass panels, the floor of the building uses plain colored and patterned tiles measuring 20 cm x 20 cm. On the façade of this building, to be precise above the entrance, there is a round rooster with a Dutch inscription “HUIZE DJOGOKERTEN” underneath. The ornament on the outer walls of the building is in the form of plaster thickening/grooves under the windows. The west side of the main building has been changed with a new one-story building attached to the original building using a gable roof with a roof covering made of glazed ceramic tiles which functions as a vehicle garage.

In the backyard of the main building adaptation has been carried out by constructing a new one-floor and two-story building by the current owner according to cultural heritage preservation procedures after issuance of a building permit (adaptation) by the Yogyakarta City Investment and Licensing Service in 2020 based on recommendations from the Preservation Advisory Council The Cultural Heritage of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DP2WB DIY) is in accordance with the provisions of the Regional Regulation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 1 of 2017 concerning New Building Architecture with Distinctive Characteristics of DIY. The new two-story building uses an Indische architecture style with a pyramid roof with a harmonious shape, harmonious and in harmony with the cultural heritage building, the roof covering uses glazed ceramic tile, while the one-story building uses a tajug roof with glazed ceramic tile roof covering. The floors are made of granite, the doors and windows are made of wood, the shutters are made of wood and glass panels. Between the main building and the rear building it is connected by a corridor/corridor with a concrete slab roof supported by concrete columns
