Agnes Maria Hermien Kusmayati was born in Bondowoso, 19 February 1952 (died in Yogyajarta, 2 May 2020). As an academic and cultural conservationist, he has the power to influence his environment and teach his skills to the younger generation. This has become his 'desire' as long as he lives, so he dedicated himself to continue studying until he received the honorary title of 'Professor' at the Yogyakarta Art Institute. His love for arts and culture he presented with his contribution as a courtier of Langen Praja (Mataya) with the title of parangan Dalem Nyi Mas Tumenggung Probonagoro. In addition to his perseverance in the fields of arts, culture and education, he was trusted for four years (2016-2020) as a member of the Parampara Praja 'Consideration Council' of the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
His dedication throughout his life in the field of arts and culture and education is demonstrated by various works of dance and research. The dance works that he creates are closely related to the existence of the Pakualaman style dance art. In his role as a choreographer, he jointly worked on various kinds of dances at Pakualaman Temple such as: Lelangen Beksa Banjaransari (Bedhayan and Srimpen), Bedhaya Sri Kawuryan, Srimpi Puspita Retna,
Kusuma Banjaransari Auction. Various other Pakualaman Temple dances have also been successfully packaged in the process of revitalization and reconstruction as part of the preservation of cultural heritage. In the academic realm, various experiences as resource persons, book contributors, and paper writers at various events.
